Overview of the material sorting training equipment
This material sorting training system is composed of the sheet metal training platform, pneumatic parts, material transport mechanism, material sorting mechanism and electrical control. The pneumatic parts include a solenoid valve and cylinder, and the material transport mechanism is composed of a three phase asynchronous motor and belt.
The material sorting trainer achieves complex switching control, position control, and logic control on the motors and solenoid valve through sensor signal acquisition and PLC programming. It also completes positioning, identification and classification of the material on the conveyor.
This system can support various types of PLC programming applications, including no PLC control
