This vertical autoclave is designed to meet the requirements of sterilization procedures and is perfect for clinics, hospitals, research laboratories and educational institutes. This vertical autoclave is made of double walled units. The outer case is constructed of thick PCRC sheets and is duly pre-treated with primers and painted with stove enamel or can be powder coated. This feature makes this vertical autoclave safe from rust and lets you enjoy long lasting performance. The internal chamber is made of S.S.304 grade heavy gauge stainless steel. This model also comes with air insulation from inside. For comfortable and safe open and closing operation, a strong lid has been used with locking arrangements. It is used for sterilization under working steam pressure up to 15 PSI. This unit runs on 220 Volt 50 HZ power supplies. Further this vertical autoclave also equipped with low water level alarm and cut off, sensor open alarm, solenoid valve for automatic purging and exhaust. An industrial grade energy efficient ring type heater has been used for heating, which is capable to curb on your heavy electric power bills during the operation.
