DESCRIPTION:

The Educational model demonstrate ABS trainer is used to demonstrate the functionality of the ABS braking system as it operates on a real vehicle. The trainer is built with OEM components and is based on the 2006-and above vehicles model platform. The trainer can be used in the classroom environment for demonstrations to students. The instructor can manually select which wheel combinations are desired to lockup prior to application of brake pedal. The trainer provides a safe and effective method of demonstrating the principles of braking systems used on today’s vehicles.

The training brake rig is a great educational tool that allows students to learn the structure of hydraulic braking system, study its components, perform various measurements, tests and other service and diagnostic procedures.

• Four (4) hubs equipped with brakes (2 discs and 2 drums)(NOTE- discs, drums, wheel cylinders, calipers and all friction materials are new. All other OEM components are recycled from actual vehicles)
• Fully functional parking brake system
• All routine brake service procedures can be performed on this trainer including component replacement, adjustments and hydraulic bleeding

• Fully functional, cross diagonal, hydraulic braking system with ABS is installed in a mobile solid frame.

  ○ Master Cylinder & Hydraulic system (w/ pedal)
  ○ ABS Electrical System (w/ wheel speed sensors)

  ○ Parking Brake system
